Planning for a folding leaflet about obeying rules in tate modern.
The task was to design a new leaflet for new people living in the UK about the rules and code of conduct about attending a art gallery.
First idea was to do a conventional leaflet style. But it didnt show the style of the gallery. Also it didnt push the boundary of design it was just to simple. Then we came up with this design. Thinking it was world recognisable object. Also it was tactile so that you can use/play with it while to attend the gallery.
In the design we integrated the logo and branding on the outside of the leaflet. With the exhibitions also advertised on the outside leaving space inside for the information.
As you open the inside you have the rules and code of conduct then as you open it fully you have a map of the galleries layout.
